The CLC team and its students support the school of Pserimos Island, which reopened after 14 years.
In the academic year 2024-2025, two outstanding CLC students led the way: Natalia Konti, who offered English lessons, and Ellie Sourli, who introduced the children to the joy of arts and crafts.
In collaboration with Library4all, a book drive was organized to collect a diverse range of books and send them to the island to establish a new school library with a substantial collection (April 2024).
In the academic year 2025-2026, the torch is passed to two other remarkable CLC students—Helen Psarompa, who resides permanently on the island of Kos and will travel by boat every Saturday to continue this incredible work, and Nektaria Athanasiadou, who offers online math lessons to the five young students of Pserimos Island.
With the full support of the CLC team, all necessary books and materials have been sent to the island to provide the children with a strong foundation for learning.
